What subscription options for news and information are offered?

What should I do if I’m having trouble signing in to my account?

  • If you purchased your subscription online, you set an email address and password when you completed your purchase. If you no longer remember the password, try clicking on the “Forgot password” link on the sign in page to trigger an email with a link to reset your password.
  • If you no longer have access to the email address you used when you set up the account, please call Customer Service at 1-302-346-5444 and one of our representatives will be happy to help. Hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm local time; Saturday and Sunday, 7:00am - 11:00am (local time).
If I’m a subscriber and have not yet activated my digital access, how do I access content online and through digital devices?

  • If you have not set up your digital access, go to www.milfordbeacon.com/activate. From there, you’ll be able to create a digital account and link it to your subscription. If you think you’ve done this previously, try clicking the “Forgot password” link to trigger an email with a link to reset your password.
Is there any way to access your content if I'm not a subscriber?

  • Non-subscribers will have access to limited content. Our online site's home page, section fronts and advertising products will remain accessible to anyone, even without a subscription. Some content is designated for subscribers only. We will continue to sell single copy print editions of the newspaper at retail outlets.
How do I link a subscription purchased through an app store?

  • If you purchased a subscription through an app store you will need to link your app purchase in order to have full access to our desktop and mobile website, in addition to our app. If you do not link your subscription you will not be able to access unlimited stories, subscriber-only content, and the eNewspaper on our desktop and mobile website and eNewspaper app.

    To link your subscription, please follow the directions below:

    iOS
    1. Open our app that you purchased a subscription for,
    2. Click on the settings (gear) icon in the top right corner of the screen,
    3. Click "Create Account" and follow the instructions to make a profile.

    Android
    1. Open our app that you purchased a subscription for,

    3. Click "Create Account" and follow the instructions to make a profile.

    Once you have created your account, please use these credentials to sign in on our desktop or mobile website for full access to your subscriber benefits.

How can I cancel my subscription?

  • While we are disappointed to hear you want to cancel, our team is available to assist by calling Customer Service at and saying, "discontinue delivery."
What if I don’t receive my paper?

  • We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Sometimes there are unexpected delays due to production problems or adverse weather conditions. We continually strive for excellence and regret any time we let you down. If you did not receive your newspaper, please call Customer Service at 1-302-346-5444 and say "delivery issue."
How do I update my credit card or payment information?

If I subscribe for a special offer, how much will my subscription cost after my special rate expires?

  • At the end of your introductory offer, your subscription will be renewed at the normal rate for your frequency of delivery and delivery area. This amount will be reflected on the renewal notice you receive as your special rate nears its expiration.
How can I sign up for newsletters?

How can I unsubscribe from your emails and newsletters?

  • Visit www.milfordbeacon.com/newsletters and sign in to your account to unsubscribe from our emails. You can also click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Milford Beacon email.
How do I find my eNewspaper?

  • The eNewspaper can be accessed at www.milfordbeacon.com/enewspaper or by clicking on eNewspaper in the top navigation bar on www.milfordbeacon.com. The eNewspaper is available early morning and allows you to turn pages, save and download articles, solve puzzles, listen to articles read aloud, and more. Subscriptions also include Universal access to all eNewspapers throughout the USA TODAY network in cities across the country, accessible via your own eNewspaper. To access other newspapers, once inside your eNewspaper, simply click on the icon titled Universal on the right-side navigation bar.
